We are Hiring for Two New Roles

The Sports and Physical Activity Centre (SAPA Centre) is expanding its team as part of its ongoing work to strengthen India’s SAPA ecosystem through research-led, systems-focused policy engagement.

As the SAPA Centre deepens its partnerships with state governments, national institutions, and ecosystem stakeholders, it is now inviting applications for two key positions:

• Assistant Director – Policy: Job description
• Senior Manager – Policy: Job description

Both roles are based in New Delhi, with travel to states, and will work closely with ecosystem players to translate research, evidence, and systems approach into policy frameworks, action plans, and institutional reforms.

The Assistant Director – Policy will provide strategic leadership across priority state and national engagements, anchoring long-term government partnerships and ensuring coherence between research, policy design, and implementation planning.

The Senior Manager – Policy will manage execution across assigned portfolios, coordinating closely with government counterparts and supporting structured delivery across workstreams.
